What you will do
- Lead Exa's brand identity and maintain brand guidelines across all platforms and touchpoints
- Think up new interfaces for finding information in a new world of automated intelligence
- Design delightful interfaces for our front-end search and API playground
Example projects
- Redesign our website
- We're developing a version of our search that is extremely powerful -- design the interface for it
- Work with front-end engineering to rethink the architecture of our developer console and onboarding experience.
- Create eyecatching and unique visuals to tell our story and sell our API product
About you
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite; Frontend knowledge is a plus.
- Strong background in graphic design and brand development. Illustration or motion is a plus.
- Expertise in UX/UI principles for complex technical products.
- Great storytelling skill through visuals and writing.
- 3+ years of experience, with ideally at least 1-2 years of in-house design experience.
- You thrive in high velocity, high growth, scrappy startup environment
