THE ROLE
Our founding designer, owning design across everything Meow puts in front of people. You’ll work directly with our engineering lead and set the standard for design at Meow as the team grows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own design for the Meow web app
Design our internal admin app so the ops and support teams can work fast
Own the brand, marketing site, social direction, and blog visuals
Work on complex financial workflows (payments, approvals, treasury)
Build and maintain a design system that keeps every surface consistent
Partner day to day with our engineering team

6+ years of product design, including time as a senior or lead designer at a startup or fast-moving team
A portfolio of shipped, complex B2B work that shows your thinking, not just final screens
Range across product and brand: you can design a dense dashboard and a landing page that converts
Comfortable as the only designer
COMPENSATION
$180K to $220K base depending on experience plus equity and benefits.
Skills Required
- 6+ years of product design experience
- Experience as a senior or lead designer at a startup or fast-moving team
- Portfolio of shipped, complex B2B work demonstrating design thinking
- Ability to design both dense dashboards and high-converting landing pages
- Comfort working as the only designer
