Build end-to-end product features with a backend emphasis: design databases, develop backend services and APIs, own infrastructure (CI/CD, monitoring, deployments), optimize performance, troubleshoot production incidents, and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability and scalability.

Design and implement multi-agent AI systems for marketing compliance workflows. Build production ML pipelines involving model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, monitoring, explainability, and feedback-driven personalization. Translate compliance rules into agent logic, ensure auditability across customer deployments, and collaborate with engineering, product, implementation, and compliance teams to deliver reliable AI features.

Own long-term relationships with enterprise legal and marketing teams from go-live through renewal. Drive product adoption, expansion, account health, executive business reviews, measurable customer value, and renewal support. Configure the platform, analyze usage, manage customer cadence, translate feedback into product input, and build Blee’s customer success playbook. The role requires enterprise SaaS experience, technical fluency, executive communication, and 10–20% customer travel.
