Set research roadmap, run experiments and A/Bs, own evaluation stack and datasets, develop novel methods and reference implementations, and partner with engineering to productionize improvements that increase reliability and performance. Role is on-site in San Francisco.

First growth hire owning discovery, trials, and adoption. Run cross-channel experiments, create product-led content, build affiliate/creator programs, analyze growth metrics, and automate workflows using the Datawizz platform to drive signups and activations.

Build and own the application layer for an agent platform: user interfaces, backend orchestration, permissions, guardrails, and activity logging. Lead architecture and product decisions, ship end-to-end features, and work directly with early customers. On-site in San Francisco.

Lead and grow the engineering team, define technical direction and standards, build core systems (agent orchestration, pipelines, evaluation frameworks, customer platform), establish engineering processes, mentor engineers, and ship production-quality code in an on-site San Francisco startup environment.
