About the company

The role
We are hiring the company’s first Founding BizOps team member. You will work closely with the COO and founders as the business grows.
What you'll do
• Own high-priority special projects across recruiting, growth, customer activation, pricing, sales operations, and customer decks.
• Build AI agents on the platform for both customers and internal teams.
• Turn customer and operating learnings into reusable agent templates and repeatable workflows.
• Define and track company metrics that help the team make better decisions.
• Onboard customers and help them realize value from their agents.
• Work directly with the COO and founders to solve ambiguous business problems through strategy and execution.
