The roleYou work accounts where someone is already using the product. One person trying Fyxer is often a door into a 500-person company. Spot those fast, get to the people who sign, prove out the pattern so it repeats.
You run the full cycle. First touch, discovery, demo, pricing, close. No handoffs.
You also write the first version of everything: the pitch, the sequences, the objection handling, the qualification bar. None of it exists yet. What you prove out is what the next reps get trained on.

30+ deals you closed yourself in the last 12 months, and quota hit in two of your last three measured periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
You've worked without a playbook, or built one where none existed
Three years in or twelve. We care what you've done, not where you did it.

Skills Required
- Closed at least 30 deals independently in the last 12 months
- Hit quota in two of the last three measured periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Experience working without a playbook or building a sales playbook from scratch
- At least three years of relevant experience, or equivalent demonstrated performance
