- Research markets, competitors, and customer insights — so we stay sharp.
- Help close strategic accounts (yes, you’ll join big calls).
- Understand customer pain points better than they do.
- Craft proposals that solve real problems — not random feature dumps.
- Manage POCs, timelines, next steps, and smooth handovers to deployment teams.
- Sync with product, engineering, and marketing so everyone is aligned.
- Help build decks, case studies, battlecards, and outreach assets.
- Maintain CRM hygiene (we know… but it matters).
- Build templates, SOPs, and dashboards as we scale.
