Design clear, modern visual assets (pitch decks, social, brochures, branding, motion/UI experiments) in collaboration with product, sales, and marketing. Build scalable visual identity for events, demos, investor materials, and the company brand.

Lead PCB designer responsible for end-to-end hardware design: board architecture, component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, vendor coordination for fabrication/assembly, firmware debugging, testing, and delivering functional boards while meeting cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces by conducting user research, creating wireframes, sitemaps, user flows, mockups and interactive prototypes; collaborate with developers, run usability tests, and iterate on designs to improve efficiency and user experience.

Lead end-to-end development and operations of high-performance web/mobile apps. Architect and scale platforms, own product technical delivery, integrate frontend with APIs and ML models, build reusable components, ensure quality, and manage/hire engineering and QA teams.

Design drone bodies, enclosures, and docking stations; create concept sketches, 3D models, and renderings; support CAD modeling and documentation; collaborate with engineers for manufacturability; participate in prototyping, testing, and iterations; advise on materials, finishes, and structural considerations; maintain product aesthetics and branding; contribute to product brainstorming and reviews.

Work closely with founders to drive GTM and close deals by owning the full B2B sales cycle across warehouses, logistics, defence, and enterprise. Build pipelines, run demos, manage POCs and client relationships, craft proposals, and hand off to deployment teams. Coordinate with product, engineering, and marketing, maintain CRM hygiene, and create templates, SOPs, and sales assets.

Support B2B marketing by creating social and long-form content, assisting product launches and sales enablement, monitoring community engagement, tracking campaign performance, and researching competitor messaging to refine go-to-market communications.

Design and implement robotics software using ROS1/ROS2 for path/motion planning, SLAM, simulation (Gazebo), and hardware interfacing. Develop drivers, algorithms in C++/Python, own features end-to-end, ensure quality through testing, and lead complex feature deliveries.

Lead Mechanical Engineer responsible for designing and developing UAV structures, propulsion integration, CAD modeling (SolidWorks/Fusion 360), basic FEA, prototyping and fabrication, flight testing support and failure analysis, weight and aerodynamic optimization, and coordinating system integration with electronics and software teams.

Manage sourcing, purchasing, and inventory for electronic and mechanical components. Handle vendor selection, negotiations, PO generation, shipment tracking, and supplier performance. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Finance to prevent stockouts, support audits, maintain procurement documentation, and analyze costs to improve sourcing efficiency.

Design and implement backend microservices on AWS using Python or other backend frameworks. Build RESTful APIs, manage containerized deployments with Docker, work with SQL/PostgreSQL, and participate in agile development to deliver scalable backend systems.

Support daily operations across sales, engineering, deployment, and finance; track tasks, timelines, and deliverables; coordinate demos, pilots, shipments, and deployments; build SOPs, checklists, and workflows; maintain documentation, trackers, CRM updates, and basic reports while assisting founders and cross-functional teams.

Design, prototype, assemble, test, and repair mechanical hardware. Maintain and update designs, prepare technical documentation and manuals, manage vendors, and support day-to-day hardware operations.

Support B2B sales by researching and qualifying leads, maintaining CRM data, preparing pitch materials and outreach sequences, tracking deals, and gathering market and competitor intelligence while sitting in on sales calls and contributing to GTM strategy.

Design and refine schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts, collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams, implement hardware architecture (power distribution, high-speed routing), validate and debug prototypes using lab equipment, and support manufacturing readiness and regulatory (EMI/EMC) considerations.

Work directly with the founder on market intelligence, customer discovery, partnerships, competitive and regulatory analysis, and go-to-market collaterals. Support strategic projects such as market entry and fundraising, and help build outreach and business development efforts for UAV, aerospace, and geospatial solutions.
