Founder Associate (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a motivated Founder’s Associate (m/f/d) to support the go-to-market strategies and day-to-day operations at one of our Ecosystem Companies.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
• Initiate and take full ownership of strategic and operational projects and drive them forward proactively
• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including project management, team coordination, and resource allocation
• Play a role in building and nurturing a high-performing team by participating in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
• Act as a liaison between different teams (Growth, Operations, Procurement) ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals
• Be a sparring partner for the Leadership team for strategic and operational decisions and projects

• Bachelor's degree or Master ́s degree in Business or a related field

• First experience in a highly competitive environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital or a high-growth startup

• Interested in and passionate about growth startup and to change a traditional industry together with an international team

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Hands-on mentality - only the implementation satisfies you

• Ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners, and investors, and take the initiative to get involved

• You demonstrate excellent German skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
