We are looking for a highly driven Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable, and production-ready technical solutions. This is far more than a traditional implementation or support role—it requires a combination of software engineering, solution architecture, integration expertise, and customer collaboration.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will partner directly with customers to understand business workflows, configure and deploy platform capabilities, develop custom integrations, and automate complex processes. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to transform recurring customer requirements into scalable product enhancements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world technical challenges, thrives in fast-paced startup environments, and takes end-to-end ownership from solution design through successful deployment.

• Partner directly with customers to understand business processes, operational workflows, and technical requirements.
• Configure, deploy, and customize platform capabilities to meet customer-specific use cases.
• Design and develop integrations with CRM platforms, third-party applications, APIs, webhooks, messaging platforms, and external business systems.
• Build custom backend services, workflow automations, APIs, and data pipelines to support customer implementations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, production incidents, and deployment challenges while ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Lead customer onboarding, implementation planning, testing, and go-live activities with a strong focus on quality and stability.
• Analyze customer usage, operational metrics, and workflow performance to recommend technical improvements and optimizations.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify repeatable customer requirements and convert them into scalable product features.
• Maintain comprehensive implementation documentation, deployment standards, and technical best practices.
• Occasionally support customer meetings, implementation workshops, and on-site deployments when required.

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Python, FastAPI, Node.js, React, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar backend technologies.
• Experience integrating third-party platforms through APIs, authentication mechanisms, webhooks, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of databases, system debugging, cloud deployments, production monitoring, and operational troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate customer business problems into scalable technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills in complex production environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact confidently with both technical and non-technical users.
• Experience working with AI applications, LLMs, conversational platforms, CRM systems, telephony platforms, messaging APIs, or workflow automation tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or modern cloud-native technologies is a plus.
