About the Role
As an AI Optimization Lead, you will drive the identification, development, and deployment of AI and automation solutions across Global Forms and Precedents (GFP) Editorial Operations. You will collaborate with global teams to translate innovative ideas into practical strategies that enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability in content operations.
Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and automation to streamline editorial, metadata, and content operations workflows across global operations teams
Support the development and execution of the GFP AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize opportunities and execute AI and automation content optimization from ideation to global deployment
Review proposed approaches and designs to ensure alignment with organizational standards, governance, and quality expectations
Oversee the integration of AI and automation solutions for global deployment
Create progress reports and communicate updates and outcomes to internal teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders using data-driven insights
Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and automation with a global focus
Drive continuous improvement by documenting processes, sharing lessons learned, and promoting responsible AI usage
Requirements
Experience in editorial content operations (legal publishing), project management, or product development
Extensive experience across legal forms and precedents content in at least one global region
Experience utilizing AI and automation for content optimization
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, leading global cross-functional projects across multiple time zones
Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Proficiency in AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning applications
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and present at both detailed and executive levels
