Job Description:
We’re looking for a Form Specialist to join our team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to create, update and maintain various types of forms used within an organization. The role is accountable for working closely with the Forms Business Analyst, understanding the form requirements and design user-friendly, efficient and visually appealing forms. The role involves ensuring that forms comply with relevant regulations, legislation standards, and branding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the purpose of the forms.

Update and create forms: Utilize software and tools to create electronic and paper-based forms, ensuring they are user-friendly and accessible.

Compliance and standards: Ensure that forms comply with industry standards, regulations, and branding guidelines.

Form maintenance: Regularly review and update forms based on feedback, process changes, and regulatory updates.

Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve form-related processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Testing and validation: Conduct testing and validation to ensure forms function as intended and are error-free.

Documentation: Maintain documentation related to form design, including version control and change history.

Training and support: Provide training and support to users and stakeholders on form usage and best practices.
Qualifications:
-
Must be Bachelors degree holder.
-
Must have at least 1-2 years of Administrative or clerical work experience.

Has basic knowledge in the following tools: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office Tools (Word, PPT, Excel)

Nice to have: Knowledge in MS Access

Understanding of forms development and production is an asset.

Knowledge of Insurance operations is an asset.

Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)

Ability to think creatively and generate ideas for form creation, while also adhering to branding and styling guidelines

Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and feedback, and willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on design trends and branding.

Effective written and oral communication skills

Amenable to work on a night shift schedule.
