Expert-level administration and hands-on experience with Forescout NAC.
Design and implement custom policies and advanced rule sets in Forescout CounterACT.
Enhance and secure NAC workflows, including automation of remediation and compliance.
Configure, implement, and fine-tune integrations with third-party security solutions.
Manage escalations and drive resolution of critical issues.
Diagnose connectivity issues systematically at both device and network infrastructure levels.
Perform regular health checks, performance tuning, and system upgrades.
Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and operational procedures.
Provide guidance on NAC best practices and advanced troubleshooting.
Support security incident investigations with NAC log forensics.
Continuously improve NAC rulesets in line with evolving security and compliance needs.
Availability for 16/5 support coverage.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with IT, Security, and Compliance teams.
