Job Responsibilities :
Supervise and ensure smooth production processes in line with quality, quantity, and timeline targets.
Assist Manufacturing Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling production activities.
Ensure efficient use of raw materials, machinery, and workforce.
Coordinate the production team to comply with occupational health and safety standards (HSE) & GMP quality standard.
Monitor production KPIs and report results to management.
Implement UMS into shopfloor operation, ensuring standardized processes, real-time monitoring, and integration with production workflows.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Manage production costs by optimizing resources, reducing waste, and improving cost-effectiveness.
Manage energy consumption by monitoring usage, implementing energy-saving practices, and ensuring compliance with sustainability goals.
Oversee rework activities, ensuring corrective actions are implemented to minimize defects and prevent recurrence.
Requirements :
Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical)
Minimum 3 years experience in the same responsibilities
Willing to be placed in Cikarang factory
