Role Title: Foods Finance Establishment Lead – Greater Asia
Location: Bonifacio Stopover Corporate Center, Philippines
Terms: 12-months project based contract
Overview & Role Summary:
The Finance Establishment Lead for Greater Asia is primarily responsible for implementing organization design, setting up functional processes (related to finance), coordination and timely execution.
The successful candidate will be one who has finance expertise with a proven record of leading transformation, managing business operation with value creation and has a passion for change management, simplification, communication, and a desire to make a meaningful impact
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing large-scale change programs within a dynamic and evolving environment. The role provides exposure to transformation activity in a winning independent end to end business, working with senior leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, offering strong opportunities for professional growth and development
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead for all finance activities on behalf of Greater Asia Foods relating to Establishment workstreams in line with the project.
- Ensure activities as per project plan are executed in coordination with the Greater Asia region and Central Project team.
- Ensure all Finance processes are understood and aligned with stakeholders and partners, and a plan is set and executed to deliver a smooth process.
- Collaborate across different teams such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Tax, IT and Legal.
- Presentations within & outside of function covering project updates.
- Proactively track and mitigate project risks.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management.
- At least 7+ years of experience in Finance business partnering, reporting, controllership, audit, or complex finance projects.
- Experience supporting transactions, carve outs, restructurings, or M&A projects is an advantage.
- Systemic and strategic thinking: Being able to consider longer term implications for the business with deep understanding of the business operation.
- Change Leadership and Communication prowess. Leading and landing transformative change related with finance or business model, crafting communication narrative that is inspiring and compelling to drive change.
- Resilient and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to manage sensitive situation and drive progress with pressure.
- Willing to be based in the Philippines under a 12 months project based contract role.
