Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account and territory plans to deliver revenue, pipeline, conversion, and retention targets.
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships within strategic FMCG customer accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities across ocean, customs, transportation, warehousing, fulfilment, and supply chain solutions.
- Diagnose customer challenges and develop compelling, value-based logistics solutions and business cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that are commercially attractive, compliant, and operationally executable.
- Maintain high-quality CRM records, forecasts, account plans, and pipeline management processes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer supply chain developments to identify growth opportunities.
What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant postgraduate or professional qualifications are an advantage.

- Proven ability to build, manage, and convert a sales pipeline while delivering against revenue and growth objectives.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, including business case development, commercial modelling, and market analysis.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
