Who We’re Looking ForWe’re searching for a Middle/Senior Flutter Developer to join our growing engineering team. If you’re passionate about building smooth, high-performance mobile apps and want to work in an environment that embraces AI-powered workflows, this role is for you.
You’ll collaborate closely with PMs, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless cross-platform experiences used by thousands of users. You’ll own features end-to-end and contribute directly to the evolution of our mobile products.
Key Responsibilities- Build, test, and ship high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
- Work with PMs and designers to turn product ideas into polished, functional features.
- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party services.
- Implement scalable state-management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.).
- Optimize performance, responsiveness, and overall app stability.
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain clean architecture standards.
- Drive features through the entire development lifecycle—from concept to release.
- Stay current with Flutter best practices, tools, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mobile development, including 2+ years with Flutter.
- Strong command of Dart and a deep understanding of Flutter’s widget system.
- Proven experience with state-management tools: Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and widget lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party services.
- A portfolio of published apps on Google Play / App Store (links required).
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly in a remote environment.
- Intermediate+ English for collaboration with global clients.
Nice to Have
- Experience using FlutterFlow for rapid prototyping.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and release pipelines.
- Knowledge of deployment processes for both iOS and Android.
