Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a skilled and experienced Flutter Developer (Middle/Senior level) to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android using the Flutter framework. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to deliver seamless, user-friendly experiences and scalable app solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on products used by thousands.
Key Responsibilities:- Build, test, and deploy robust Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
- Collaborate with designers and PMs to translate concepts into high-quality, functional apps.
- Integrate APIs, third-party services, and Firebase components.
- Implement state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC) for scalable apps.
- Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure clean architecture.
- Contribute to the full development lifecycle — from concept to app store release.
- Stay updated with Flutter best practices and emerging tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with at least 2+ years in Flutter.
- Solid knowledge of Dart and Flutter’s widget system.
- Proven experience with state management tools (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.).
- Strong understanding of app architecture and the widget lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs and Firebase services.
- Track record of apps published to Google Play and/or the App Store (links or portfolio required).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in remote environments.
- Intermediate+ English level (for collaboration with global clients).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with FlutterFlow (for rapid prototyping).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Knowledge of app deployment processes for both iOS and Android.
