Own go-to-market for an early-stage AI coworker startup, including positioning, ICP validation, pricing, outbound sales, demand generation, design partners, and early revenue. The role involves closing initial customers, translating customer feedback into product direction, establishing the GTM stack and metrics, and later hiring and leading the GTM team. This is a hands-on founding role working closely with the founder and engineers.

Own and grow partnerships with agencies, technology companies, platforms, and product companies. Responsibilities include building partner pipelines, negotiating agreements, activating partners, managing co-marketing and co-selling initiatives, tracking partner-sourced revenue, and collaborating with sales and leadership to convert opportunities into product development projects.

Own end-to-end UI/UX product design for client mobile and web applications, from discovery through engineering handoff. Collaborate with product managers and engineers on platform conventions, accessibility, edge cases, and technical constraints. Build and ship cross-platform mobile applications from specification through app-store release. Own architecture, release pipelines, backend integrations, authentication, offline caching, notifications, native platform bridges, security rules, performance, and real-device testing. Use coding agents extensively while reviewing generated code carefully. Collaborate directly with product owners and designers, diagnose production failures, manage store submissions, and deliver reliable apps using Flutter, React Native, Supabase, and Firebase.
