We are currently seeking the best talent for a Flow Operations Lead. This professional at APM Terminals is responsible for driving and coordinating execution activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with standardized processes.
Reporting to the Regional Flow Manager, this position acts as a key liaison between execution and planning teams, identifying resource needs, monitoring KPIs, and supporting terminal teams through transitions. This role offers opportunities to deepen operational knowledge.
What are the main responsibilities of this role?
- Support standardization activities within execution processes.
- Provide first-line support to terminal resources concerning daily FLOW activities.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of methodologies, processes, and measurements while executing duties.
- Accompany the terminal teams during their transition to new execution roles, including support for investigation team roles and ensure that all visualization setups are in place and escalate any deviations to the FLOW Site & Global Flow Manager and PMO
What talent are we looking for?
- Strong background in planning, execution, and leadership, with proven change management experience.
- Having been part of the flow implementation project on your terminal
- Lean Level 4 certification (3.3 min) and training in Job Instructions/Relations required.
- Customer-centric, problem solver, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
- Skilled in communication, teamwork, and workshop facilitation.
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
