What You'll Do:
- Listen to customers to gain a thorough understanding of what they need
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Examine sales floor to ensure floral department is well-stocked
- Order flowers, plants, and other greenery for use.
- Receiving shipments, and then snipping and displaying our flowers.
- Creating beautiful and stunning bouquets and floral arrangements.
- Advise customers on the proper care and maintenance of floral arrangements.
- Maintain inventory levels of floral department and restock as needed.
- Ensure that flowers and plants are properly watered and stored to prevent wilting.
- Foster a productive working environment.
- Motivate and inspire staff while facilitating personal growth.
- Set strategic long and short-term goals and evaluate outcomes.
- Guarantee the highest levels of quality are met.
- Staying updated with the latest trends in the floral industry.
- Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- A genuine dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Facilitate clear, concise, and positive interactions with others.

Requirements
- Candidates must be 18+ years or older
- Complete a pre-employment background check
- Knowledgeable about flower handling techniques
- Acutely familiar with plants' nutritional needs and life spans.
These qualifications will help you stand out
- Sound knowledge of different flower types, arrangement styles and flower conditioning.
- Completion of a Botany-related course is highly advantageous.
