Manage the grocery store’s floral department by ordering, receiving, conditioning, arranging, displaying, watering, and maintaining flowers and plants. Monitor inventory and sales-floor presentation, advise customers on floral care, ensure quality, set goals, and lead, motivate, and develop staff while delivering excellent customer service.

Provide friendly, efficient checkout service including scanning and totaling purchases, bagging, handling payments, returning items to shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting customers with carts and carry-outs.

Restock and organize grocery shelves, unload and inspect deliveries, remove damaged or expired items, maintain clean aisles and accurate pricing, operate forklift safely, assist customers, and collaborate with store team to complete tasks.
