Job Summary: The Welcome Desk at the FLC is not only the front desk of the gym, but also of NPHX. A Welcome Desk Representative is a friendly, outgoing person responsible to greet and engage people as they enter the building, and assist them as needed. They are responsible to address the various issues that come up for gym members. They are required to use a computer and handle money.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.70 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Job Description and Expectations:
- Must be a member of NPHX Church
- Present a professional attitude.
- Greet each member as they walk into the gym.
- Be attentive to account status, and collect payments when necessary.
- Become proficient at the various membership software programs.
- Learn opening, mid and closing procedures.
- Adhere to the dress code.
- Answer the many questions regarding gym or church activities, whether by phone or in person. If the answer is unknown then find someone who does know.
- Be willing to perform a variety of tasks as they are required.
- Keep the front desk tidy and organized.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
