- Monitor fuel costs, capacity trends, and seasonal demand fluctuations to adjust pricing strategies
- Evaluate historical shipment data to identify pricing opportunities and margin improvement
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on pricing performance, win/loss rates, and market benchmarks
- Support RFP/RFQ processes with pricing analysis and bid strategy recommendations
- Partner with carrier procurement teams to ensure pricing aligns with available capacity
- Stay current on flatbed industry trends, regulations, and competitor pricing practices
- 5+ years of experience in freight pricing, logistics analytics, or transportation, preferably with flatbed experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with TMS platforms and pricing/analytics tools a plus
- Solid understanding of flatbed equipment types, lane dynamics, and freight market drivers
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with load boards, rate benchmarking tools (e.g., DAT, Truckstop) preferred

Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience in freight pricing, logistics analytics, or transportation
- Experience with flatbed freight is preferred
