We are seeking a Operations Associate to fulfill & logistics operations execution includes roles that manage and execute inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities (planning and execution, distribution is covered by carrier management). Includes all kinds of warehouses like CFS, CY, inland depot / warehouses, bonded warehouses, etc. whether owned, operated or both by Maersk.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tally Clerk Operation:
Safely manage receiving areas to storage locations and loading docks on System.
Quality controls are in place.
Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies to the Team.
FIFO and stock Controls Physical and using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Quality Control & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
Conduct and complete daily inspections and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
Ensure stock controls are aligned.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with warehouse staff, quality control teams, and drivers to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required.
Relevant certifications (Forklift Certification)
Experience:
Minimum of 1-5 years of operating experience, preferably in a cold storage environment.
Experience in the Paper & Packaging Warehouse industry is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to operate warehouse management systems (WMS) or scanners and PC.
Ability to operate a Computer with Microsoft & Sap .
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Being able to follow instructions accurately and in a timely manner is important
Ability to read and understand dispatch and receiving documents, and safety guidelines.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and peripheral vision.
Efficient individual with excellent time management skills
