Alfa Laval South Africa is looking for a passionate and eager Fitter & Turner or Millwright Intern for Service Operation Division in the Middle East & Africa Based at Johannesburg.
Job Description
- Execute repairs according to specifications or an advanced repair task
- Be engaged in problem resolution
- Suggest improvements for products and working procedures
- Engaged in 5S, safety and quality
- Minimize number of workshop hours
- Develop and inform him/herself
- Asist service centre technicians their daily tasks
- Insure housekeeping
- Be engaged in problem resolution in current tasks
Qualification & Experience
Experience:
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Crane operation
- Forklift
- Experience in rotating equipment
- Knowledge of HSEQ regulations
Education and/certifications:
- Graduate Trade or Red seal in Millwright or Fitting and turning
- Driver’s license
Skills:
- Planning and Organizing

The position is based in Service Centre, Johannesburg.
