Role Overview
We are looking for two Technical Specialists with hands-on expertise in FIS Memento to support system configuration, customization, integrations, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
-Configure and customize FIS Memento modules
-Perform data mapping, transformations, and reconciliations
-Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support
-Support system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
-Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders during implementation and testing
-Prepare technical documentation and support handover activities
Required Skills & Experience
-3+ years of experience in financial systems development/support
-Strong hands-on experience with FIS Memento (mandatory)
-Experience with batch processing, data feeds, and system integrations
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have
-Experience with banking, accounting, or regulatory systems
