This will involve working with and leading a team of dedicated colleagues, developing them and building their capabilities. In addition, you'll demonstrate an ability and desire to engage with programmes and initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, delivering their requirements. This will include acting to prioritise and resolve issues within the team.

Your accountabilities will include;
