The FIOH (Finance Innovation and Operations Hub) is the team within Sandoz whose mission is to reinvent corporate finance through the latest technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Big Data. The main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Sandoz’s digital finance projects.
- Modeling P&L forecasts for Sandoz Global.
- Analyzing AI forecasts and P&L modeling.
- Validation and co-creation of financial reports.
- Financial process automation projects.
- Supporting the operations of already implemented products. Generating improvements for these products.
- Preparing presentations of project progress.
- Analyzing reported data.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Minimum studies (completed or ongoing): Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or Administration, enabling the signing of an internship agreement.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office).
- Advanced level of English. The team is international, and you will use it daily.
- Personal competencies and skills: proactivity, independence, initiative in problem-solving, analytical/critical thinking, and communication skills.
Conditions:
- Location: Madrid (hybrid mode)
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30-9:00 AM to 5:30-6:00 PM.
- Duration of the internship: ideally 12 months.
