Mission:
JobNimbus is looking for a FinTech CSM to help scale our payments, finance, and other future ancillary processes. They will play a key role in the success of the payments, financing, and future ancillary integrations. This person will be responsible for helping focus on the successful adoption of our payments and financing products product. They will help engage with our current low and non-using payments and financing customers and help them start processing, or processing more frequently.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for Payments adoption across all new JobNimbus Payments and Wisetack logos
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and other departments to engage with non-processing logos
- Assist with webinars and mass training for payments and Wisetack logos
- Work with logos to overcome non-processing objections
- Assist with data capture and analysis and provide insights to key stakeholders
- Assist with the development of segmented Onboarding experience and training materials
What makes you the hero for this job:
- 1-3 years of experience in a CSM or AM role (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in payment processing, financing, or related field
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
