The role of Fine-Mechanical Bench Machinist:
As a bench machinist, you'll have room for your talent with us. You'll work on finishing highly precise products by tapping, drilling and reaming. You'll also deburr small parts under a microscope and apply a finishing touch to small parts to a very high level of accuracy. Your duties further include fitting helicoils and vacuum surfaces and finishing sealing surfaces, and you'll contribute your thinking to our improvement processes - because anything that goes well can always go better.
Are you our bench machinist?
You have a passion for technology and an interest in the high-tech industry. Accuracy is your second nature. You also work well in a team, but you're equally capable of working independently. For example, if you're a nail stylist/nail artist, crochetter, knitter, tatoo artist, dental hygienist, nurse, lab specialist looking to move into the high-tech industry, you could well be an excellent match.
We also ask for:
- MBO working and thinking level
- Accuracy and a solution-oriented way of thinking;
- Experience and pleasure in manual precision and perfection
- A proactive and flexible attitude;
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the high-tech industry is nice to have, but not a must. We are looking for motivation and curiosity!

Frencken is engaged in the development and assembly of industrial systems for the semiconductor industry, the healthcare market and a wide range of analytical applications. In our machine shop we produce complex, precision-mechanical parts using machining techniques. We supply small to medium-sized series of high-quality products, using the very latest production technology.
