A day in the life.
The Financial Wellness Consultant at Marsh McLennan Agency works closely with our sales, service, and marketing teams to deliver robust retirement education and financial wellness services to our MMA clients. The position reports to the Director of Financial Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a background hosting and delivering education and training within the retirement or financial services industries.
Marketing and client management support for new MMA clients:
- Assist with marketing and prospecting opportunities
- Create new accounts by adding the plans into Salesforce
- Enter Fee details, upload imaged copy of Services Agreements
- Request Plan Documents and updates plan details in Salesforce
- Track prospects/sales presentation data in Salesforce
On-going servicing of existing MMA clients:
- Apply broad industry knowledge in order to service existing clients
- Manage ongoing service needs of multiple clients
- Prepare and deliver regular service reports to MMA clients
- Work with internal and external partners to develop a targeted participant communication campaign designed to drive participant engagement
Provide participant education and financial wellness initiatives:
- Develop, catalog and maintain a comprehensive library of participant education and financial wellness presentations to be utilized by MMA’s retirement educators
- Assist with MMA’s participant focused webinar series
- Assist retirement plan consultants with the development of participation education campaigns for MMA Retirement Services Clients

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related fields.
- A strong technical expertise in retirement plan design and administration, including strong 403(b), 401(k), and pension knowledge, investment plan analysis
- Excellent communication skills, including advanced writing and presentation skills
- Shared commitment to company values; Integrity, Collaboration Passion, Innovation, Accountability
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- CEBS or AIF® Certification
- 4FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65 or 66 licensures

The applicable base salary range for this role is $63,200 to $117,900.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.Skills Required
