As a Financial Systems Support Analyst, you will join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever evolving project needs. This teammate plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the Illinois Tollway’s maintenance and asset management system. This system is used by approximately 700 users across various departments and divisions. Salary Range: $83,200-104,000, Ardmore Roderick is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support, assist with process development and contribute to reporting and data integrity efforts
- Provide day-to-day support for asset and maintenance management systems, including troubleshooting and user assistance
- Assist in the development and testing of new system features, workflows and updates
- Help create and maintain reports, dashboards and maps to support decision-making
- Support GIS data integration and spatial analysis efforts
- Conduct data quality reviews and assist with data cleanup and validation
- Contribute to user training and documentation efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve system processes and user experience
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in system support, in asset management or financial systems
- Proficiency in reporting tools and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms
- Have good to great organizational skills
- Advanced degree(s)
- Familiarity with Geographic Information System (GIS) tools and enterprise systems
- Exposure to engineering, maintenance, operations, financial and compliance processes in a capital-intensive organization
- Experience in the transportation industry including design, construction and operations
