Join us in Genoa as Financial Systems Junior Analyst, where you will support key Finance applications and transformation initiatives across Oracle EBS, BlackLine, Kyriba and access governance processes. You will work closely with Finance, Treasury, IT and Carnival Corporation teams, helping ensure system continuity, reliable integrations and effective project execution.

You will contribute to the operational continuity and evolution of Costa’s Finance systems, supporting daily processes, user access governance, reconciliations and system implementation activities across multiple Finance projects.
As a Junior Analyst, you will work closely with the IT department and other finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Your role is part of the Financial Systems team and has a significant impact on the accuracy and compliance of financial data across the organization, both onshore and across the fleet.
Finance Systems Operations & Oracle EBS Support
You will support day-to-day Finance system activities, including Oracle EBS-related processes, AP and AR closing support, business intelligence, issue monitoring and coordination with IT/application support teams. You will help investigate finance process exceptions and follow up until resolution with business users and technical teams.
BlackLine Reconciliations & Interface Monitoring
You will support BlackLine reconciliation activities, including bank account reconciliations and credit card reconciliation flows. You will help test and validate interfaces, monitor file transfers and scheduled jobs, collect evidence, coordinate UAT sign-offs and follow up on discrepancies with Finance stakeholders.
Kyriba, User Access Governance & Project Support
You will contribute to the Global Treasury Management System (Kyriba) rollout, supporting UAT preparation, training follow-up and brand coordination. You will also help manage User Access Reviews for finance applications such as Apex Finance and support documentation, tracking and stakeholder coordination for Finance transformation initiatives.
What makes you unique
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Finance or related disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of IT concepts (system integration, database, business analysis) and basic knowledge of General Accounting Principles.
- Previous experience or strong interest in Information Technology and economic fields, Finance systems, ERP environments or application support; Oracle EBS knowledge is a plus.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to investigate data/process discrepancies across systems and interfaces.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with Finance, Treasury, IT and international stakeholders; fluency in Italian and English.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with reconciliation tools, BlackLine, Kyriba, access governance or UAT/testing activities is considered a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
