Summary:
In this role, you will assist the administration tasks of financial planning system. Successful candidates for this role will need strong finance & technical skills, interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, oral and written communication and presentation skills are required.
Responsibilities:

Functional and technical design and management of Adaptive Insights.

Perform Administrator functions such as maintaining the models, dimensions and management of user access.

Assist in development of new applications and functionality in Adaptive to support Operational Finance planning needs.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and input templates
-
Assist in financial modeling to analyze trends, extract insights and validate findings.
-
Ensure and maintain forecast data accuracy and integrity at all times.
-
Liaise with IT and Accounting departments regarding system and process integration.

Manage training of new system users.
-
Maintain documentation regarding FP&A system related processes.
Requirements:
-
Relevant degree preferred in Finance, MIS or similar majors. Masters desired.

5 or more years of relevant experience is required.

Experience with P&L analysis, spreadsheet modeling.

Advanced knowledge of computer skills and applications including, but not limited to - MS Office Applications – Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

Experience working in a financial system (Adaptive Insights/Anaplan/Hyperion/TM1).

Ability to adapt to new technology.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent problem solving skills and high level of competence with technology.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $109,700.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
