As an Account Manager, you will initiate and maintain commercial relationships with Philips and healthcare providers across the South Territory, while developing financing opportunities that align with PMC strategy and sales plans. You will support growth by helping customers and sales teams structure practical, value-driven financing solutions that contribute to lease penetration, new business volume, and vendor/partner profitability.

In this role, you will apply established sales and account management methods with consistency and accountability, while using your judgment to customize, negotiate, and make decisions within standardized agreements. You will collaborate closely with the Philips Ultrasound Sales Team, PMC leadership, Philips stakeholders, dealers, partners, healthcare providers, and internal experts to deliver quality outcomes in a way that reflects DLL’s values of partnership, responsible decision-making, and meaningful impact.

Day to Day

  • Execute financing support for customers and sales teams across the South Territory, helping deliver solutions that align with customer needs and PMC’s commercial goals.
  • Influence customer and partner conversations by clearly explaining financing options, deal considerations, and practical next steps.
  • Execute standardized agreements while independently customizing, negotiating, and making decisions within defined guidelines.
  • Participate in sales planning and opportunity discussions with the Ultrasound Sales Team to support timely and effective deal execution.
  • Collaborate with adjacent teams to coordinate responsibilities, clarify expectations, and support a smooth customer experience.
  • Resolve moderately complex sales and financing questions using established methods, while adapting your approach when situations require flexibility.
  • Support team outcomes by delivering assigned work with accountability for quality, timeliness, and follow-through.
  • Guide or train more junior colleagues on routine tasks, sharing practical knowledge and helping strengthen team capability.

Essentials:

  • Advanced vocational level, equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in U.S., or comparable professional experience, and over 3 years of experience in the finance market and relevant vendor finance and/or lease market. Basic insight in local vendor/partner organization structure, distribution channels and vendor/partner agreements. 
  • Must reside within territory of South (NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, AR, TN, TX).
  • Experience in sales, account management, financial solutions, or a related customer-facing commercial role.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical financing or commercial recommendations.
  • Confidence in negotiating, customizing, and making decisions within established guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust across customers, partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize work based on team objectives, customer needs, and business impact.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working with adjacent teams to coordinate responsibilities and expectations.
  • Openness to learning, growth, and sharing knowledge with others.
  • Financial Statement Analysis or pricing experience.

Applicable Pay Range

$76,047.00- $114,071.00

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
