Supports the Operations team throughout the contract lifecycle by receiving, sorting, reviewing, documenting, enriching, and tracking contracts through activation and payment. Own data models, match/merge and survivorship rules, integrations, APIs, CDQ rules, Provisional UI/IDD, CI/CD with Azure DevOps, and ensure governance, performance, and operational stability while mentoring the MDM engineering team.

Support multiple distributed Scrum teams and the Product Owner to plan and execute sprints. Facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, coach teams on SAFe/Agile practices, drive continuous improvement, participate in ARTs, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries while improving team performance and collaboration.

Lead Credit, Collections & Recovery, Financial Economic Crime, Fraud Prevention and Field Audit for the DACH region. Own first-line risk management, credit decisioning, regulatory compliance, risk frameworks and controls. Drive portfolio strategies, stakeholder alignment with commercial teams, develop management team capabilities, and ensure sustained portfolio quality and timely CDD/FEC execution.

Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Ireland and support international payroll (e.g., UK). Maintain payroll records, reconcile reports, resolve discrepancies, support audits, assist with system upgrades and process improvements, and respond to employee payroll queries.

Provide second-line oversight of internal and external fraud risks globally. Design and enhance internal fraud management, translate regulatory requirements into controls, lead investigations and deep-dive reviews, use data and analytics (and AI developments) to identify emerging risks, support business change, advise senior leadership, and build fraud knowledge across the organization.

Support the Core Compliance and Conduct team by creating internal communications (newsletters, videos), refreshing SharePoint sites, assisting a companywide compliance awareness campaign, developing materials aligned with corporate branding, and suggesting new awareness methods in a hybrid corporate environment.
