What you will be doing:
Provide professional customer service regarding collection issues.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts.
Make collection calls on past due accounts.
Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to bring their account current.
Uses pre-existing resolutions to solve client issues.
Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary
Provides customer service internally and externally.
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
What you will likely bring:
Excellent costumer orientation
Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Must posse the ability to sell and negotiate with High-profile clients.
Negotiation skills
Willing to learn and ask questions
Proactive approach to problem-solving and enhance challenges.
Advanced English level

1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
High School Diploma or Associate degree or a related field of study preferred
