We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Services Operations Executive (APAC) to support the continued growth of Ingram Micro Financial Solutions (IMFS) across the Asia Pacific region.
Based in Kuala Lumpur and reporting directly to the APAC Lead, Structured Finance & Funder Relationships, this role provides operational support to the regional IMFS business and plays a key role in ensuring financing transactions are executed efficiently across APAC. The role supports financing opportunities across Singapore, ANZ, India and Malaysia, while providing operational support to other APAC markets as required.
This position sits within the Finance function and offers the opportunity to work with regional stakeholders, funding partners and internal teams to support the operational success of IMFS across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Pipeline Management

  • Partner with IMFS Business Managers across Singapore, ANZ and India to manage financing opportunities throughout the transaction lifecycle while maintaining accurate CRM records, pipeline data and deal milestones.
  • Own the integrity of the regional financing pipeline by ensuring CRM opportunities are accurately maintained and aligned with business reporting requirements.
  • Monitor financing opportunities and proactively engage stakeholders to ensure transactions progress in a timely manner.
  • Prepare pipeline, funding and management reports while maintaining high standards of CRM data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Develop financing collateral, customer presentations and sales enablement materials.

Deal Execution & Regional Coordination

  • Coordinate financing transactions between customers, resellers, funding partners and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely credit approvals, documentation and funding.
  • Review financing documentation and liaise with customers, resellers and funding partners to obtain documentation required for customer onboarding, KYC, credit assessment and funding.
  • Support pre-screening of customer documentation to improve funding turnaround times.
  • Monitor financing transactions through to funding and proactively resolve operational or documentation issues.

Regional Credit & Finance Coordination

  • Work closely with local Credit teams across APAC to facilitate customer onboarding, KYC requirements and customer credit line approvals.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Finance, Sales Operations and other country teams to support financing transactions, customer invoicing, funding settlements, referral fee processing and other operational requirements.
  • Assist with transaction reconciliations and resolve operational queries relating to financing transactions.
  • Act as the regional coordination point between IMFS Business Managers, internal stakeholders and funding partners throughout the financing process.

Funding Partner Operations

  • Support the APAC Lead, Structured Finance & Funder Relationships in the operational management of funding partner programmes and relationships.
  • Monitor funding partner reporting, referral fee calculations, promotional programmes and documentation to ensure compliance and efficient funding execution.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with funding partners and internal stakeholders.

End-of-Lease & Portfolio Management

  • Coordinate end-of-lease activities with customers, resellers and funding partners, including lease extensions, equipment returns and fair market value (FMV) purchase options.
  • Track lease maturity dates and coordinate documentation and follow-up activities to support timely end-of-lease decisions.
  • Support reporting and portfolio management activities relating to financed assets throughout their lifecycle.

Process Improvement & Systems

  • Work closely with the APAC Lead, Structured Finance & Funder Relationships to improve financing processes, systems, reporting and operational efficiency. 
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of CRM, Xvantage and other business systems by providing operational input, participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and identifying opportunities to streamline financing workflows. 
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, process documentation and best practices to support standardised IMFS operations across APAC. 
  • Provide operational support for financing opportunities across Malaysia and other APAC markets as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting or a related discipline.
  • At least 6 years' relevant experience in financial services operations, equipment finance, vendor finance, banking operations, leasing or commercial sales operations.
  • Experience managing financing transactions throughout the transaction lifecycle, including customer onboarding, documentation, funding and end-of-lease activities.
  • Experience working with funding partners, leasing companies or financial institutions would be highly regarded.
  •  Experience working with CRM platforms, business systems and operational reporting. Experience supporting system implementation, process improvement or user acceptance testing (UAT) would be advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with strong analytical, reporting and organisational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage customers, funding partners and cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
  • Ability to manage multiple financing transactions while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
