Location: Kraków

Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

Join us as a Product Support Supervisor

Product Support Supervisor will report to Product Support Team Leader or Product Support Manager. This specific role has responsibility to execute Product Support Team strategy by performing certain tasks.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare Business Requirements Documents for application enhancements (mainly, but not limited to Expense platform – IPEX). Work closely with Expense and Systems Teams on development items

  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to understand the process and impact on the test design and execution

  • Work with technology experts to ensure appropriate design and development of requirements and test scenarios

  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise from a process and technical perspective on vendor and proprietary platforms (mainly, but not limited to IPEX)

  • Maintain open lines of communication with Expense and other Fund Administration business teams to identify process deficiencies and lead automation/improvement initiatives

  • Execute automation and IPEX development projects with collaboration from Business Lines and Systems

  • Support change process through planning and execution of aggressive regression testing and deployment of wellness checks for system upgrades and developments

  • Supervise day-to-day team operations and provide on-the-job training and support for junior team members

  • Create and maintain system documentation and best practice guidelines

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years working experience in any relevant field (finance, business analysis and/or testing)

  • Knowledge and experience preparing and executing test scenarios

  • Aptitude for understanding global business considerations when implementing new business systems

  • Takes ownership and follow through on tasks; results oriented

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work with business users and systems personnel in a team environment

  • Proficient working knowledge of English

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Working knowledge of MS Office

  • Prior exposure to financial statements, accounting, expenses or system related projects is a plus

  • Written and verbal communication skills
