Job SummaryThis position is responsible for leading and controlling financial reporting & analysis, developing and implementing HCSC’s financial reporting strategy. Position is also responsible for advising and consulting on financial accounting, reporting, and analysis to senior management.Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
5 years accounting and financial reporting experience.
2 years supervisor and/leadership experience, skills in motivation, employee development, performance management, and hiring.
Strong analytical, verbal and written communication and presentation skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Established project management experience and ability to work with numerous different groups throughout a large organization
Demonstrated track record of attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills
Demonstrated project management skills

Certified Public Accountant
Insurance statutory accounting and reporting experience

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
