Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 18th – Aug. 7th, 2026). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.

The Allied Solutions internship program is designed to provide undergraduate finance or accounting students with a comprehensive overview of the company’s operations, business strategies, and organizational culture. As a Finance Intern at Allied Solutions, you can expect to work on a wide range of projects that give you the opportunity to apply finance and accounting principles to real world business problems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly financial reports 

  • Help compile and analyze data for acquisition-related activity 

  • Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close 

  • Contribute to process documentation and improvements in reporting workflows 

  • Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects 

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):  

  • Currently enrolled in undergraduate program as rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in finance or accounting 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
