Job Description
- Global support of financial reporting software (Oracle HFM)
- Review monthly profit and loss for foreign offices.
- Review quarterly financial statements of foreign subsidiaries.
- Prepare and review quarterly analyticals, which are submitted to and reviewed by the Chief Financial Officer.
- Assist with facilitation of intercompany transactions and ensuring proper elimination.
- Work with controllers and accounting managers overseas on accounting policies and issues.
- Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience working with the Microsoft suite of tools including, Word, Excel, OneNote and Outlook.
- Experience with Excel tools such as V-lookup, Pivot Tables, Index, etc.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Team oriented attitude with a positive outlook.
- Organizational, analytical and problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Aptitude for learning new software applications
Additional Information
Expected base salary: $78,000 – $85,000
