What your day-to-day will look like
- Reconcile receivable accounts and identify discrepancies; Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and issues;
- Communicate with EBANX partners processors to resolve reconciliation issues;
- Analyze and report on receivable trends and variances;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes;
- Implement new flows in our Reconciliation System;
- Develop new ways of working according to the new operations, suppliers and systems; Analyze costs trends and generate insights for efficiency (costs and revenue).
What you need to shine in this role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field;
- Intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish;
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel and/or Google Sheets);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
- Knowledge of acquirers is a plus;
Nice-to-have qualifications
- SQL knowledge;
- Data Driven;
- Dashboards and Reporting Skills.
