Are you a detail-oriented, hardworking, and driven professional looking to make an impact? ISS STOXX is seeking a highly motivated Sales Reporting Analyst to join our FP&A Team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with sales business unit heads, sales support teams, and FP&A teams across our global regions. You will play a key role in providing periodic reports and in-depth analysis of sales and revenue performance.
As a Sales Reporting Analyst, you will support business unit heads in developing and maintaining essential sales performance metrics. This includes business reviews, sales budgets, operating targets, sales forecasts, overdue renewals, sales leaderboards, pipeline analysis, and KPI scorecards. Your contributions will be pivotal in driving our sales success and shaping our strategic direction.
Responsibilities
- Report Preparation: Create and manage weekly pipeline and overdue renewals reports for global sales teams.
- Monthly Reporting: Develop monthly sales and revenue reporting and forecasting packages.
- Budget Assistance: Assist in the annual sales budget and target-setting process.
- Data Summarization: Summarize sales and run rate data, preparing presentations for each business unit’s monthly reviews.
- System Integration Support: Provide support in the integration of new companies and other departmental initiatives.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis or sales support.
- Technical Skills: Excellent Excel skills are required. Experience with Salesforce.com or reporting tools like Power Query, Access, SQL, or Power BI is a plus.
- Personal Attributes:
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, confident and outgoing.
Work Location and Schedule
- Amenable working at Makati City on a permanent mid-shift schedule (1pm – 10pm, Manila Time)
- Hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days’ work onsite per week)
