The Global Intelligent Sensing & Reconnaissance (Global ISR) business within the Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) BU of Raytheon, is seeking highly motivated professional to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team based onsite in Westford, Massachusetts. This lead analyst will be an integral part of the pricing team to ensure successful business growth.
This is a unique role due to the entity being a Goodrich business and operating as a wholly owned subsidiary. This role is essential for utilizing transparent estimating & pricing processes and decision making to assist leadership in the continued growth of this business.
Excellent communication skills are required for interactions with, and guidance for, cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do:
- Manage all aspects of the program level bookings, sales, profit and cash forecast, including data validation and reporting
- Ownership of all internal FP&A deliverables
- Monthly and quarterly balance sheet and income statement forecast and analysis
- Ideal professional experience will be related to financial analysis in a highly matrixed organization
- Align with accounting on monthly and quarterly accrual timing
- Meet critical deadlines and develop efficiencies and process improvements
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
- Experience in defense or aerospace industry
- Previous experience with development and Support to AOP and LRP
- Coordination and support to the budgets and rates organization; assist in FPRP development
- Experience meeting critical deadlines and develop efficiencies and process improvements
- Extensive Microsoft Suite knowledge/experience

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to multi-task and be able to support a dynamic team environment
- Experience working Aerospace/Defense programs
- Prior experience in an FP&A role in the defense industry
- Working knowledge of SAP and other industry standard financial tools
- Experience with government contracts
- Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial guidance on Raytheon Policies and Procedures

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
