About the teamOur team is responsible for the creation and delivery of financial plans that support the overall strategic goals of the Group. Our work ensures accurate, quality information is shared with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
We develop close relationships with all teams across Finance and teams across the wider business.

About the roleWorking within the Group Planning team on delivery of Annual Budget and Rolling Forecast cycles to support the Board and Executive Team on key business decisions.
Success in the role demands the timely delivery of accurate, well-presented and relevant planning information in a user-friendly form, which is capable of being modified quickly to meet the ever-changing needs of its users. A team player who can build cross functional relationships is vital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage the annual detailed Budget, Quarterly Forecast and Rolling Forecasts
- Assist with preparation of all planning analysis and presentations
- Develop relationships that allow open communication across finance enabling effective process delivery
- Ownership of key Planning responsibilities, driving ongoing process improvements
- Challenge assumptions identifying risks and opportunities
- Understand the commercial drivers of the Group’s performance to provide commercial insight
- Support the preparation of Five-Year Plans
- Provide financial modelling support.
- The role also involves ad hoc analysis which may require direct interaction with various management levels including Exec.
- Qualified accountant is preferred but part-qualified applicants will be considered if exceptional.
- A proactive self-starter and team player, able to work independently while building strong, productive relationships across functions with confidence and ease.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads effectively across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a curious, analytical mindset, complemented by advanced Excel and data capabilities to interpret and extract meaningful insights from complex information.
- Able to deliver under tight, pressured deadlines.
- Continuously seeks opportunities to improve and enhance current processes.
