Join a global finance team where your expertise goes beyond the numbers. As our FP&A Manager, you’ll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for ETC, a global manufacturing business, to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the global annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long term financial planning
• Oversee cost accounting, including standard cost systems, manufacturing variances, margin analysis, and inventory reporting
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support product costing, pricing, capital investments, and new product development
• Manage project accounting, including budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis
• Develop and review management and board level financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting tools, and controls
• Oversee treasury activities including cash flow planning, foreign exchange, debt management, and bank reporting
• Collaborate cross functionally and support audits, transfer pricing, and compliance activities
• Lead, coach, and develop a high performing finance team
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in a global manufacturing environment
• Strong background in FP&A, cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Working knowledge of treasury functions including cash flow, capital management, and debt
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred); Power BI experience a plus
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non financial stakeholders
• Detail oriented, analytical, and process driven mindset with strong leadership capabilities
