What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of direct experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate strategy, or business operations
- Demonstrated success in managing direct reports and/or influencing others without formal authority
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Power user with typical financial software packages, including Microsoft Office, large ERPs, financial planning systems, and Business Intelligence / Data Visualization tools
- Operational and process-oriented mindset focused on execution/delivery of results
- Comfortable in a deadline-driven and rapidly evolving environment
Impact You'll Make:
- Lead the two Senior Analysts that are business partners to Communications, Media and Tenant & Employment verticals
- Provide core FP&A support including business partnering, budget management, forecasting and reporting
- Support the Sr. Director of FP&A in the creation of new or ad-hoc analyses and reporting
- Develop new processes and reporting to advance the finance support for the sales organization
- Improve forecasting and reporting processes in support of the Diversified Markets initiatives
- Contribute to the growth and development of more junior associates
- Participate in high-impact, special projects that improve forecasting accuracy, expand business collaboration, and increase business insights
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
