Financial Market Strategist (Jordan)

Your role at Exness:

Your main objective will be to develop and retain High-Value Clients by delivering high-quality financial market research and analysis. You will analyze various areas and instruments, including global and major countries' macroeconomics, equities, currencies, commodities, cryptocurrencies, precious metals, and other assets of interest. Your research will support internal staff, semi-institutional clients, High-Value Clients, and Introducing Broker Partners. As a member of the Market Strategists team, you will collaborate with colleagues who bring diverse skills, collectively producing valuable insights for external and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you may participate in or speak at events for internal staff, clients, and Partners, further enhancing our expertise and client relationships.

You will:

• Periodically create professional content to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
• Closely monitor market news and critical events to stay informed.
• Utilize research and data providers to support daily tasks.
• Provide tailored market analysis content and review customers' trading records, behaviors, and strategies during VIP customer sessions.
• Foster customer relationships and potentially accompany key account managers on client visits.
• Develop market analysis content for partners to enable more effective business results.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality and consistent content across all channels.
• Coordinate efforts with external bloggers and the internal marketing team.
• Organize events, seminars, and webinars to present market analytics and trading educational content to internal staff and clients.
• Serve as a speaker at on-site or online events for clients.

What makes you a great fit:

• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial market research, investment management, or related functions in the financial industry.
• In-depth knowledge of macroeconomic analysis; and familiarity with currencies, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and energy markets is an advantage.
• Ability to write clear and accessible research and analysis on relevant topics.
• Professional experience in trading, investment management, or investment analysis.
• Strong research skills, including proficiency with online search tools and managing large data sets.
• Tenacity and ingenuity in sourcing and obtaining information.
• Familiarity with data and analysis services such as Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg Terminal, Oxford Economics, or similar platforms.
• Preferred experience in writing as an analyst.
• Highly preferred financial certifications, such as CFA, CMT, CFTe, or CAIA.
• A deep understanding of the traders’ community is an added advantage.
